The EEDASI online store sells products to private individuals in Finland, Åland, Sweden,Norway and Denmark. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices.

Delivery

Orders are mailed on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is 1-3 business days. 

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected online by adding them to the shopping cart. Order by paying for the contents of the shopping basket in the checkout function of the online store. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, products and delivery costs. e-mail address given at the time of order, order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. 

The order confirmation shows the ordered products, and the RECEIPT for your purchase can also be found in the message.  We do not send separate paper receipts without request!

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. 

If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact us first and state which products you are returning. (Returns are always free within the 14-day time limit in Finland (main land ),The buyer is responsible for return costs from outside Finland. 

The payment will be refunded when the product arrives in its original condition, the refund will be made to the same account / card from which the payment was made.
