The products are sold at the prices at which they were purchased in the online store, excluding pricing errors due to technical errors. Pricing errors can occur in various campaigns or similar cases where the price of the product is incredibly affordable. These orders will be canceled and an opportunity will be offered to purchase the product at the correct price or with an agreed discount.
We always contact the customer immediately about the error and agree on further measures.
Under no circumstances may the customer hand over the usernames of their own customer account to a third party. The customer is responsible for all actions and orders made with their credentials in the online store.
The service provider reserves the right to change the username and password if necessary, by notifying the customer of this.
The online store is not responsible for errors or interruptions caused by a third party or force majeure or human error.
